On day five we can drive directly to Walvis Bay from Sesriem, which will be about 313km instead of travelling to Mariental. This will be dependent on the condition of the road at the time
The suggested route will involve 3-4 hours of driving each day, the longest distances to be covered will be the drive into Namibia and back into SA from Namibia. Depending on the opinion of the group we will follow the intended itinerary or stop over for longer periods at certain areas where they want to visit longer. We intend staying on the main route most of the way, and will only deviate to visit places of interest along the route. Most of the overnight stops will be at Namibian Wildlife Resorts or in camping areas where we will be accommodated in huts.
