Kabbo African Adventures specialises in combining outdoor adventure activities with cultural and social interaction with previously disadvantaged communities. In so doing we hope that the overseas’ visitor will develop an appreciation not only of the natural beauty of South Africa but also develop a sense of the rich cultural diversity of its people.
Kabbo’s outdoor adventure and cultural activities cover areas not often frequented by the typical overseas’ tourist. These activities cover areas such as the Richtersveld Wilderness Area (the only mountain desert in the world), the Fish River Canyon (the oldest canyon in the world), the Cedarberg Wilderness Area (the only place in Africa where the Cedar tree is still found), the Oorlogskloof Nature Reserve and various other off the beaten track adventure areas. Other activities on offer include peak-bagging, abseiling, rock climbing, kloofing / canyoneering, mountain biking, etc. (see full list of activities on offer)
